Originated from the idea of “rolling out”, RO-RO is a furniture+ play system designed to be stackable and expandable. The idea was to create a book container that fit into a retired wheel-chair access taxi that toured around the city and transformed as a pop-up library for children’s participation upon destination.
RO-RO is a combination of recycled & new materials, by easy interlocking of wood panels, they could transform into chairs, tables, bookshelf, and shelter… a colorful reading club could be created instantly.
RO-RO brings fun, meaningful & free reading experience to children and at the same time, delivering an important message on upcycling materials.
