Public participation and installation at “Sounding Architecture” Public Lecture at The University of Hong Kong
Thomas Tsang’s work integrates artistic practice with architecture in installations and exhibitions, and he is currently an Associate Professor at HKU. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Marion O, the Maximilian E. Rome Prize, and he was the first architect to receive the Civitella Ranieri Fellowship.
Du Yun is a composer, muti-instrumentalist, performance artist, and activist for new music, working at the intersection of orchestral, opera, chamber music, theatre, cabaret, pop music, oral tradition, electronics and noise. Since 2014, she is named the Artistic Director of MATA Festival, a pioneering organization dedicated to commissioning and presenting young composers from around the world.
