Design Trust is excited to present the prototypes, designs and ideas for the future scenarios of micro-park designs from the Design Trust Futures Studio teams at an exhibition at Yat Fu Lane from 15th to 31st October, 2017 with a documentary film presenting the 10-month long journey of the programme.

The 2017 inaugural theme is “SMALL IS MEANINGFUL”, focusing on concepts of smallness and sharing, the phenomenon of micro-housing and the future of micro-parks.

Since the Introduction Workshop in March, the Designer Mentees have attended various workshops, fieldtrips and a public ideas review. They have been conducting research for the past six months and are now working in teams with their Mentors to develop a series of new prototype micro-parks for Hong Kong.

Preparations for the final exhibition are underway and more will be shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Stay tuned.

Thanks to District15 as our exhibition venue partner.
