“Mr. Tschumi, have you seen follies in Hong Kong?” aims to reveal the ventilation shafts of the Mass Transit Railway; know as MTR, the major infrastructure public transport network serving Hong Kong. The aim of this project is to document, catalogue and map in a model-base exhibition these small scale structures that emerges from the underground transport system. This underestimated architype add another layer to the complexity of the urban fabric. This project aims as well, to seek and visualize the traces of these follies in Shenzhen enlarging the research in the Greater Bay Area.

Enrique Moya-Angeler is a registered architect, educator and interior designer. Spaniard born British, currently based in Hong Kong, Enrique combines his research and teaching responsibilities with his architectural professional practice, Molamomo Ltd. Enrique obtained a Master’s degree in Science in Advanced Architectural Design from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) at Columbia University in New York. Previously, he earned with Honors a Master and a Bachelor Degrees in Architecture and Structure Engineering, from the School of Architecture (ETSAM) at the Polytechnic University of Madrid in Spain. He has taught in Madrid, Mexico and New York and Hong Kong, currently lecturing Architecture at Hong Kong University School of Professional and Continuing Education.
Lee Man Pan, CP, has been practicing in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area with particular experience in Hong Kong's CBD, Hong Kong Science & Technology Park (HKSTP), Zhuhai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone and industrial space adaptive reuse. CP received a Bachelor in Medical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (HKU), a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Science from Curtin University of Perth, Australia, and a Professional Diploma in Architectural Studies at HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. CP has been granted by Hong Kong Polytechnic University to pursue his studies in a Master Programme in Urban Environmental Design.
