With a master's in Graphic Design and Communication from Penninghen School in Paris, Marc Cansier co-founded Marc & Chantal after arriving in Hong Kong in 1993. Since then, Marc has established the company's brand consultancy services and led the team in a range of integrated projects. The company is now a leading cross-disciplinary brand agency across Asia and Europe, with a holistic approach to branding that encompasses strategic consulting, brand creation, and experience design.

Marc now focuses on developing the company's capabilities and mentoring the next generation of talent. Some landmark projects include the Tai Kwun, Centre for Heritage and Arts (Hong Kong), RYSE Hotel (Seoul), Shi Sui Hotel (Nara, Japan), Ta'aktana Resort (Indonesia), and The Palace Madrid (Spain).
