The Design Society 的開幕展覽探討數碼化發展如何為中國或其他地方投射多元的創作力量。在這語境下,Stickyline藉此擺脫故有的創作方式,而轉以結合多媒體與參與性設計的方法展現新作。此設計計劃藉由展示珠江三角洲城市的光照水平數據,使人們能更關注周遭的城市環境。

The Design Society 的開幕展覽探討數碼化發展如何為中國或其他地方投射多元的創作力量。在這語境下,Stickyline藉此擺脫故有的創作方式,而轉以結合多媒體與參與性設計的方法展現新作。此設計計劃藉由展示珠江三角洲城市的光照水平數據,使人們能更關注周遭的城市環境。

實驗揉合多數呈現方法,包括摻告建築參數設計、形象化數據,多媒體的應用,和數碼構造。計劃還需要社區中觀眾的切身參與,他們的反思、協作和創意都會被聽取並投射到作品之上。透過工作坊和研討會,觀眾還可直接改動設計本身,讓他們決定作品的外觀或元素,如形狀和顏色等,將他們自身對社會反思,一起共享並將之實驗、實踐。

About Soilworm Lai and Mic Leong 

Graduates from the School of Design of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, majoring in Industrial and Product Design, Soilworm Lai and Mic Leong are the co-founders of Stickyline, a design studio that creates things between art and design using paper as a medium. Lai and Leong, as a team, participated in the International Design Festival Berlin in 2013 and the Milan Design Week 2014 as one of the exhibitors of the “Hong Kong: Constant change” exhibition. Lai won the Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award 2013 and worked at the Henrik Vibskov Studio in Copenhagen in 2014.
